Drink Water For Better Health!
I like to start off my morning by drinking 2 glasses of water.
Are you drinking enough water?
By drinking enough water your skin may look healthier!
Water may flush out toxins in your system.
Everyone knows that the human body can survive longer without food that it can without water!
When people are thirsty, what do they want to quench their thirst?
Water, of course!!
Most People Want Clean Filtered Water
You probably filter your water so your water doesn't have a lot of contaminates.
We have heard the news about people throwing their prescriptions in the toilet and these prescriptions find their way into our drinking water.
Just about everyone would probably agree, filtering your water makes sense.
Can Your Water Lack Minerals?
We know that the soil can be depleted of minerals. The same probably holds true for your drinking water.
After my first 2 glasses of water in the morning, I like to have a cup of coffee.

The creamer in my coffee seem to make me thirsty again. I then drink some more water.
If you take vitamin supplements, the vitamins will probably do much better in your system with a glass of fresh drinking water.
My personal experience is that when I drink water I feel healthier. What about you?
I try to drink half my body weight of water in ounces per day.

Have you every noticed a river that is flowing? It's usually much cleaner than a stagnant river.
Your body may have similar benefits if your supplying it with fresh water on a continuous basis.
